Vendor Implementing Fix | 03:27pm Central - ConnectWise ScreenConnect reports that their developers have identified the issue and are actively working on a fix. The Atelic Technology Services Department has not been able to validate this report but we are monitoring further updates from ConnectWise ScreenConnect.
Report Received | 03:19pm Central - We are investigating a potential issue that might affect the uptime of one our of services. ConnectWise ScreenConnect has reported that one of their servers in North America is experiencing degraded performance. The Atelic Technology Services Department has not been able to validate this report but we are monitoring further updates from ConnectWise ScreenConnect.
