Resolved | 02:13pm Central - The Technology Services Department can confirm that the backup internet connection has been stable and fully functional. After further investigation, this was a Charter Spectrum induced network outage.

Monitoring | 02:19am Central - Prior to starting our investigation, the FortiGate appliance at Vintage 204 and Vintage 302 in Indian Wells reports that the Charter Spectrum internet connection is back online at this time. The Technology Services Department will monitor the connection over the next twelve hours.

Report Received | 02:18am Central - We are investigating a potential issue that might affect the uptime of one our of services. The FortiGate appliances at both Vintage 204 and Vintage 302 in Indian Wells report that the Charter Spectrum internet connection is offline at this time. We are sorry for any inconvenience this may cause you. The Technology Services Department will investigate this report shortly and will update this incident post once we have more information. As the Charter Spectrum connection provides backup internet connectivity to the property, no disruption of services is expected.
