Based on patterns detected through our monitoring systems, the Comcast Xfinity issued a standard software update to the gateway which had caused the modem to restart.

The Technology Services Department will investigate this report shortly and will update this incident post once we have more information. No end user disruption is expected as the Starlink internet connection will provide connectivity during this outage.
