After completing our final investigation, Starlink issued a modem firmware update causing the modem to restart for two minutes. We have confirmed that connectivity has been restored on both our Starlink and FortiGate management dashboards.

The FortiGate appliance at Tiehack reports that the Starlink internet connection is offline at this time. We are sorry for any inconvenience this may cause you. As the Starlink connection provides backup internet connectivity to the property, no disruption of services is expected.
