After completing our final investigation, the Starlink internet connection experienced connectivity issues caused by a modem firmware update causing the modem to restart for one minute. We have confirmed that connectivity has been restored on both our Starlink and FortiGate management dashboards.

The FortiGate appliance at the Moore House reports that the Starlink internet connection is offline at this time. We are sorry for any inconvenience this may cause you. As the Starlink connection provides backup internet connectivity to the property, no disruption of services is expected.
