After completing our final investigation, the AT&T Business internet connection experienced a modem update causing the modem to restart with a total outage of three minutes. We have confirmed that connectivity has been restored on our FortiGate management dashboards.

The FortiGate appliance at 30N reports that the AT&T Business internet connection is offline at this time. We are sorry for any inconvenience this may cause you. The Technology Services Department will investigate this report shortly and will update this incident post once we have more information. As AT&T Business provides primary internet connectivity to the property, end user disruption of services is expected due to no secondary internet connection at the property.
