Issue Resolved, Vendor Investigating | 11/04 12:08pm Central - The Technology Services Department reports that the issue is now resolved. We are actively working with the vendor to determine the root cause of this downtime. FortiGate ticket 10056809 has been created, and we are awaiting feedback from the vendor. Issue Resolved, Department Monitoring | 11/02 07:26pm Central - The Technology Services Department has implemented a fix and is now monitoring to validate the fix. The Atelic Technology Services Department has been able to validate this report and are continuing to investigate. End user disruption is expected for this issue.

Implementing Fix | 11/02 07:21pm Central - The On site contact is currently in route to the property. The Technology Services Department has identified the root cause of the issue and shortly will begin working with the on site contact to implement a fix. The Atelic Technology Services Department has been able to validate this report and are continuing to investigate. End user disruption is expected for this issue.

Investigating | 11/02 06:01am Central - The Technology Services Department continues to investigate the issue affecting the FortiGate appliance at 65E reports that the IPsec VPN tunnel to Tiehack is down at this time. Additionally, attempts to connect to the SSL VPN at the Moore House is unavailable at this time. Attempts to connect to the FortiGate appliance at the Moore House also are proving unsuccessful. The Atelic Technology Services Department has reached out to the on site contact and is awaiting response. The Atelic Technology Services Department has been able to validate this report and are continuing to investigate. End user disruption is expected for this issue.

Investigating | 11/02 04:12am Central - The Technology Services Department continues to investigate the issue affecting the FortiGate appliance at 65E reports that the IPsec VPN tunnel to Tiehack is down at this time. Additionally, attempts to connect to the SSL VPN at the Moore House is unavailable at this time. Attempts to connect to the FortiGate appliance at the Moore House also are proving unsuccessful. Report Received | 11/02 04:37am Central - We are investigating a potential issue that might affect the uptime of one our of services. the FortiGate appliance at 65E reports that the IPsec VPN tunnel to the Moore House is down at this time. We are sorry for any inconvenience this may cause you. The Technology Services Department will investigate this report shortly and will update this incident post once we have more information. Due to the nature of the issue, end user disruption is expected for this issue.
