After completing our final investigation, the Comcast Business internet connection experienced connectivity issues caused by a modem firmware update causing the modem to restart for two minutes. We have confirmed that connectivity has been restored on our FortiGate management dashboards.

The FortiGate appliance at 180E reports that the Comcast Business internet connection is offline at this time. We are sorry for any inconvenience this may cause you. As the Comcast Business connection provides the only source of internet connectivity to the property, disruption of services is expected.
