The Atelic Technology Services Department appreciates your patience and understanding while working through this service outage. If the issue is still occurring, please contact the Technology Services Department. We have confirmed that connectivity has been restored on our FortiGate management dashboards.

Issue Resolved, Department Monitoring | 01:24pm Central - Upon investigation with the on site contact, the Technology Services Department determined that the modem was unplugged accidently while cleaning. We are sorry for any inconvenience this may have cause you.

Investigating | 01:14pm Central - The Technology Services Department continues to investigate the issue affecting internet connectivity at 30N and is working with an on site contact at this time. Addiitonally, the Technology Services Department has reached out to AT&T and confirmed there is no outage in the area.The Atelic Technology Services Department has been able to validate this report and are continuing to investigate. End user disruption is expected for this issue.

Investigating | 12:51pm Central - The Technology Services Department continues to investigate the issue affecting internet connectivity at 30N. Monitoring from CIsco Meraki shows all access points are down at this time. Addiitonally, the Technology Services Department has reached out to AT&T and confirmed there is no outage in the area.The Atelic Technology Services Department has been able to validate this report and are continuing to investigate. End user disruption is expected for this issue.

Report Received | 12:47pm Central - We are investigating a potential issue that might affect the uptime of one our of services. The FortiGate appliance at 65E reports that the IPsec VPN tunnel to 30N has gone offline. Further investigation by the Technology Services Department has confirmed this is associated with the AT&T internet connection offline at this time at 30N. We are sorry for any inconvenience this may cause you. The Technology Services Department will investigate this report shortly and will update this incident post once we have more information. Although the Comcast Xfinity connection provides primary internet connectivity to the property, no disruption of services is expected due to a backup internet connection configured for redundant internet connectivity.
