Issue Resolved | 07:23pm Central - FortiGate reports that the issue is now resolved. The Atelic Technology Services Department appreciates your patience and understanding while working through this service outage. If the issue is still occurring, please contact the Technology Services Department. This will be the last update unless the issue recurs.

Vendor Investigating | 04:42pm Central - FortiGate continues to investigate the issue and is currently focused on a network outage that is most likely the cause of the outage. FortiGate reports that access to FortiGate Cloud is currently unavailable. The Atelic Technology Services Department has been able to validate this report and are monitoring further updates from FortiGate. No end user disruption is expected at this time, however Technology Services Department staff members may be unable to access FortiGate appliances via FortiGate Cloud at this time. Staff members should instead utilize the SSL VPN tunnel for management.

Report Received | 04:40pm Central - We are investigating a potential issue that might affect the uptime of one our of services. FortiGate reports that access to FortiGate Cloud is currently unavailable. The Atelic Technology Services Department has been able to validate this report and are monitoring further updates from the FortiGate appliances. No end user disruption is expected at this time, however Technology Services Department staff members may be unable to access FortiGate appliances via FortiGate Cloud at this time.
