After completing our final investigation, the Comcast Xfinity gateway experienced a service outage resulting in downtime of nearly two hours. We have confirmed that connectivity has been restored on our FortiGate management dashboard.

Investigating | 03/17 08:50pm Central - The Technology Services Department continues to investigate the issue affecting Comcast Xfinity at Tiehack. The Atelic Technology Services Department has been able to validate this report, and can confirm the Starlink internet service is functioning as expected. Although the Comcast Xfinity internet connection provides primary internet connectivity to the property, Starlink provides backup internet to the property and therefore disruption of services is not expected.
