Vendor Implementing Fix | 02:19pm Central - Microsoft has identified the root cause of the issue and is in process of implementing a fix. The Atelic Technology Services Department has not been able to validate this report but are monitoring further updates from Microsoft. End user disruption may occur for this issue, however users are advised to utilize Outlook desktop and mobile apps during this service outage.
