The Technology Services Department will monitor the connection, and will conduct a complete investigation of the outage within twelve hours.
Investigating | 11:10am Central - The Technology Services Department continues to investigate the issue affecting the Comcast Xfinity internet connection at Tiehack in Aspen. We can confirm the Starlink internet connection is working as expected across both properties, and that Comcast Xfinity is aware and actively investigating the outage. The Atelic Technology Services Department has been able to validate this report. End user disruption is not expected for this issue.

The FortiGate appliance at Tiehack in Aspen reports that the Comcast Xfinity internet connection is offline at this time. We are sorry for any inconvenience this may cause you. As Starlink provides backup internet connectivity to the property, no disruption of services is expected.
