Issue Resolved | 10:36pm Central - The Technology Services Department reports that the issue is now resolved. The Atelic Technology Services Department appreciates your patience and understanding while working through this service outage. If the issue is still occurring, please contact the Technology Services Department. This will be the last update unless the issue recurs. After completing our final investigation, the Comcast Business gateway experienced an update resulting in downtime of three minutes. We have confirmed that connectivity has been restored on our FortiGate management dashboard.

Monitoring | 04:45am Central - The FortiGate appliance at Tiehack in Aspen reports that the Comcast Business internet connection is back online at this time. The Technology Services Department will monitor the connection, and will conduct a complete investigation of the outage within twelve hours.

Report Received | 04:42am Central - We are investigating a potential issue that might affect the uptime of one our of services. The FortiGate appliance at the Moore House in Aspen reports that the Comcast Business internet connection is offline at this time. We are sorry for any inconvenience this may cause you. The Technology Services Department will investigate this report shortly and will update this incident post once we have more information. Although the Comcast Business internet connection provides primary internet connectivity to the property, Starlink provides backup internet to the property and thus disruption of services is not expected.
