After completing our final investigation, Vintage Fiber made a configuration change resulting in a total downtime of thirteen hours. We have confirmed that connectivity has been restored on our FortiGate management dashboard.
Issue Resolved, Department Monitoring | 01:09pm Central - After the Vintage Fiber vendor implemented their fix, the FortiGate appliance at Vintage 204 in Indian Wells reports that the Vintage Fiber internet connection is back online at this time. The Technology Services Department will monitor the connection, and will conduct a complete investigation of the outage within twelve hours.
Vendor Implementing Fix | 12:58pm Central - The Vintage Fiber vendor has identified the root cause of the issue and is in process of implementing a fix. The Atelic Technology Services Department has been able to validate this report and are monitoring further updates from the Vintage Fiber vendor. Although the Vintage Fiber provides the primary internet service to the property, Charter Spectrum provides backup internet connectivity to the property and therefore no disruption of services is expected.
