Issue Resolved | 06/24 08:42pm Central - The Technology Services Department reports that the issue is now resolved. The Atelic Technology Services Department appreciates your patience and understanding while working through this service outage. If the issue is still occurring, please contact the Technology Services Department. After completing our final investigation, Comcast Xfinity experienced numerous service outages resulting in a total downtime of almost eight hours. We have confirmed that connectivity has been restored on our FortiGate management dashboard.

Issue Resolved, Department Monitoring | 06/24 05:12am Central - Prior to starting our investigation, the FortiGate appliances at Tiehack and the Moore House in Aspen report that the Comcast Xfinity internet connection is back online at this time. The Technology Services Department will monitor the connection, and will conduct a complete investigation of the outage within twelve hours.

The FortiGate appliances at Tiehack and the Moore House in Aspen report that the Comcast Xfinity internet connection is offline at this time. We are sorry for any inconvenience this may cause you. The Technology Services Department will investigate this report shortly and will update this incident post once we have more information. Although the Comcast Xfinity provides the primary internet service to the property, Starlink provides backup internet connectivity to the property and therefore no disruption of services is expected.
