Primary internet connection outage

Issue Resolved | 07/16 02:11pm Central - The Technology Services Department reports that the issue is now resolved. The Atelic Technology Services Department appreciates your patience and understanding while working through this service outage. If the issue is still occurring, please contact the Technology Services Department. After completing our final investigation, Spectrum Business experienced two service outages resulting in a total downtime of 51 minutes. We have confirmed that connectivity has been restored on our FortiGate management dashboard.

Issue Resolved, Department Monitoring | 07/16 06:24am Central - Prior to starting our investigation, the FortiGate appliance at the El Paseo Studio in Palm Desert reports that the Comcast Business internet connection is back online at this time. The Technology Services Department will monitor the connection, and will conduct a complete investigation of the outage within twelve hours.

The FortiGate appliance at the El Paseo Studio in Palm Desert reports that the Spectrum Business internet connection is offline at this time. We are sorry for any inconvenience this may cause you. The Technology Services Department will investigate this report shortly and will update this incident post once we have more information. As Spectrum Business provides the only internet service to the property, disruption of services is expected.
