Issue Resolved, Department Monitoring | 10:36am Central - Automated monitoring from Cisco Meraki and FortiGate show that equipment has came back online, and the FortiGate has started thus validating our suspicion of a power outage at the residences. The Technology Services Department is now monitoring to ensure no further issues occur. The Atelic Technology Services Department has been able to validate this report. End user disruption is expected for this issue.

Investigating | 09:00am Central - The Technology Services Department continues to investigate the issue affecting all networking at both Vintage 204 and Vintage 302 in Indian Wells and suspect this is an extension of the origional issue. According to the electrical provider, no confirmed outage has been reported. The Atelic Technology Services Department has been able to validate this report and are continuing to investigate. End user disruption is expected for this issue.

Report Received | 08:05am Central - We are investigating a potential issue that might affect the uptime of one of our services. Cisco Meraki reports that all Cisco Meraki equipment is currently offline at both Vintage 204 and Vintage 302 in Indian Wells. We are sorry for any inconvenience this may cause you. The Technology Services Department will investigate this report shortly and will update this incident post once we have more information. Due to the nature of the issue, end user disruption is expected for this issue.

Investigating | 07:00am Central - The Technology Services Department continues to investigate the issue affecting all networking at both Vintage 204 and Vintage 302 in Indian Wells and has isolated the issue to a power outage. According to the electrical provider, no confirmed outage has been reported however all initial investigation leads to a loss of power. The Atelic Technology Services Department has been able to validate this report and are continuing to investigate. End user disruption is expected for this issue.
