Issue Resolved | 08:37pm Central - The Technology Services Department reports that the issue is now resolved. The Atelic Technology Services Department appreciates your patience and understanding while working through this service outage. If the issue is still occurring, please contact the Technology Services Department. After completing our final investigation, Vintage Fiber experienced a service outage resulting in a total downtime of twelve hours. We have confirmed that connectivity has been restored on our FortiGate management dashboard.

Issue Resolved, Department Monitoring | 08:33pm Central - The FortiGate appliance at Vintage 302 in Indian Wells reports that the Vintage Fiber internet connection is back online at this time. The Technology Services Department will monitor the connection, and will conduct a complete investigation of the outage within twelve hours.

Vendor Implementing Fix | 06:27pm Central - Vintage Fiber has identified the root cause of the issue and is in process of implementing a fix, however is taking longer than expected. The Atelic Technology Services Department has been able to validate this report and are monitoring further updates from Vintage Fiber. Although Vintage Fiber provides the primary internet service to the property, Charter Spectrum provides backup internet connectivity to the property and therefore no disruption of services is expected.

Vendor Investigating | 03:29pm Central - Vintage Fiber reports that internet service has been restored however the internet service at Vintage 302 did not come back online. Vintage Fiber continues to investigate the issue. The Atelic Technology Services Department has been able to validate this report and are monitoring further updates from Vintage Fiber. Although Vintage Fiber provides the primary internet service to the property, Charter Spectrum provides backup internet connectivity to the property and therefore no disruption of services is expected.

Investigating | 01:13pm Central - The Technology Services Department is investigating the issue affecting the primary internet connection at Vintage 302. We have been in communication with Vintage Fiber who has confirmed that internet service is down for the entire community. The Atelic Technology Services Department has been able to validate this report and are continuing to monitor further updates from Vintage Fiber. Although Vintage Fiber provides the primary internet service to the property, Charter Spectrum provides backup internet connectivity to the property and therefore no disruption of services is expected.

Investigating | 10:00am Central - The Technology Services Department is investigating the issue affecting the primary internet connection at Vintage 302. We have identified that both Vintage 204 and Vintage 302 FortiGate appliances have reported the primary internet connection going offline at the same time, leading to the theory that Vintage Fiber is down. The Atelic Technology Services Department has been able to validate this report and are continuing to investigate. Although Vintage Fiber provides the primary internet service to the property, Charter Spectrum provides backup internet connectivity to the property and therefore no disruption of services is expected.

The FortiGate appliance at Vintage 302 in Indian Wells reports that the Vintage Fiber internet connection is offline at this time. We are sorry for any inconvenience this may cause you. The Technology Services Department will investigate this report shortly and will update this incident post once we have more information. Although Vintage Fiber provides the primary internet service to the property, Charter Spectrum provides backup internet connectivity to the property and therefore no disruption of services is expected.
