Issue Resolved | 02:06pm Central - ConnectWise ScreenConnect reports that the issue is now resolved. The Atelic Technology Services Department appreciates your patience and understanding while working through this service outage. If the issue is still occurring, please contact the Technology Services Department. This will be the last update unless the issue recurs.

Vendor Implementing Fix | 01:18pm Central - ConnectWise ScreenConnect has identified the root cause of the issue and is in process of implementing a fix. The Atelic Technology Services Department has not been able to validate this report but are monitoring further updates from ConnectWise ScreenConnect. End user disruption is not expected for this issue, however Technology Services Department staff members may be unable to access family and staff computers during this service outage.

Vendor Investigating | 10:51am Central - ConnectWise ScreenConnect continues to investigate the issue. ConnectWise ScreenConnect reports that new unattended access installations and existing unattended access upgrades are failing. The Atelic Technology Services Department has not been able to validate this report but are monitoring further updates from ConnectWise ScreenConnect. End user disruption is not expected for this issue, however Technology Services Department staff members may be unable to add new endpoints at this time.
