Issue Resolved | 10:08am Central - The Technology Services Department reports that the issue is now resolved. The Atelic Technology Services Department appreciates your patience and understanding while working through this service outage. If the issue is still occurring, please contact the Technology Services Department. Upon final investigation, a house fire in the area most likely caused a power surge too great for the backup batteries to handle. While backup battery units did engage, both units did not switch over to once power to the residence transitioned to generator power. The Technology Services Department will investigate further while on site during our next preventative maintenance visit.

Issue Resolved, Department Monitoring | 09:45am Central - Automated monitoring from FortiGate and Cisco Meraki equipment report that power appears to have been restored, as all equipment is coming back online now. The Technology Services Department is now monitoring to validate the fix and will work to determine root cause. The Atelic Technology Services Department has been able to validate this report. End user disruption is expected for this issue.

Investigating | 09:29am Central - The Technology Services Department continues to investigate the issue affecting internet service at Tiehack in Aspen. We have validated with on site staff that lights in the residence were flickering however power is currently being supplied to the residence. We have confirmed with staff that to cleaning was being performed around areas of network infrastructure, and confirmed with construction vendors that all network infrastructure should still be online at this time. We additionally validated that connectivity to the FortiGate appliance at Tiehack is also offline at this time. The Atelic Technology Services Department has been able to validate this report and are continuing to investigate. End user disruption is expected for this issue.

Report Received | 09:20am Central - We are investigating a potential issue that might affect the uptime of one of our services. Cisco Meraki reports that all wireless access points are offline at Tiehack in Aspen currently. We are sorry for any inconvenience this may cause you. The Technology Services Department will investigate this report shortly and will update this incident post once we have more information. Due to the nature of the issue, end user disruption is expected for this issue.
