Investigating | 11/04 11:34am Central - The Technology Services Department continues to investigate the issue affecting loss of internet connection at 65E in Chicago. After working with the on site contact, two power cycles of the AT&T gateway did not resolve the issue. We now see that the gateway is communicating with AT&T’s online management portal, and have successfully conducted a speed test to the gateway however internet services continue to be affected. At this point, the Technology Services Department will need to visit the property in person to conduct addiitonal troubleshooting. The backup internet connection is performing as expected and providing uninterupted network connectivity to the property, however HVAC and alarm system functionality may be limited. The Atelic Technology Services Department has been able to validate this report and are continuing to investigate. End user disruption is expected for this issue.
Investigating | 11/04 09:16am Central - The Technology Services Department continues to investigate the issue affecting loss of internet connection at 65E in Chicago. We have coordinated with an on-site contact to visit the property within the next two hours to manually restart the AT&T Business gateway after efforts to restart the gateway remotely have failed. The Atelic Technology Services Department has been able to validate this report and are continuing to investigate. End user disruption is expected for this issue.

Initial traffic monitoring shows that the backup internet connection is performing as expected and providing uninterupted network connectivity to the property. The Atelic Technology Services Department has been able to validate this report and are continuing to investigate. End user disruption is expected for this issue.
Report Received | 11/04 08:55am Central - We are investigating a potential issue that might affect the uptime of one of our services. The FortiGate appliance at 65E in Chicago reports that the primary internet connection is offline currently. We are sorry for any inconvenience this may cause you. The Technology Services Department will investigate this report shortly and will update this incident post once we have more information.
