Issue Resolved, Vendor Monitoring | 08:38pm Central - Zoom reports that the issue has been resolved and is now monitoring to validate the fix. The Atelic Technology Services Department has been able to validate this report and are monitoring further updates from Zoom. End user disruption may occur for this issue.

Vendor Investigating | 04:42pm Central - Zoom continues to investigate the issue and has confirmed this issue is due to an ongoing service incident with their upstream provider. Zoom reports that users are unable to use the Zoom addon for Microsoft Outlook. During this service outage, users are advised to manage meetings directly through the Zoom application or website. The Atelic Technology Services Department has not been able to validate this report but are monitoring further updates from Zoom. End user disruption may occur for this issue.
