Issue Resolved | 02/18 08:38am Central - The Technology Services Department reports that the issue is now resolved. The Atelic Technology Services Department appreciates your patience and understanding while working through this service outage. If the issue is still occurring, please contact the Technology Services Department. After completing our final investigation, Charter Business experienced a service outage resulting in a total downtime of over twelve hours. We have confirmed that connectivity has been restored on our FortiGate management dashboard.

Issue Resolved, Department Monitoring | 02/18 10:06am Central - Prior to starting our investigation, the FortiGate appliance at El Paseo studio in Palm Desert reports that the Charter Business internet connection is back online at this time. The Technology Services Department will monitor the connection, and will conduct a complete investigation of the outage within twelve hours.

Report Received | 02/18 09:11am Central - We are investigating a potential issue that might affect the uptime of one our of services. The FortiGate appliance at the El Paseo studio in Palm Desert reports that the Charter Business internet connection is offline at this time. We are sorry for any inconvenience this may cause you. The Technology Services Department will investigate this report shortly and will update this incident post once we have more information. As Charter Business provides the only internet service to the property, disruption of services is expected.

Investigating | 02/17 10:01pm Central - The Technology Services Department continues to investigate the issue affecting internet service at the El Paseo studio in Palm Desert. We have determined the source of the outage to be a widespread power outage caused by inclimate weather. The Atelic Technology Services Department has been able to validate this report and are continuing to monitor. End user disruption is expected for this issue.
