Issue Resolved | 03:37pm Central - The Technology Services Department reports that the issue is now resolved. The Atelic Technology Services Department appreciates your patience and understanding while working through this service outage. If the issue is still occurring, please contact the Technology Services Department. After completing our final investigation, Comcast Business experienced a gateway update resulting in a total downtime of two minutes. We have confirmed that connectivity has been restored on our FortiGate management dashboard.

Issue Resolved, Department Monitoring | 02:11am Central - Prior to starting investigation, the FortiGate appliance at 180E in Chicago reports that the Comcast Business internet connection is back online at this time. The Technology Services Department will monitor the connection, and will conduct a complete investigation of the outage within twelve hours.

The FortiGate appliance at 180E in Chicago reports that the Comcast Business internet connection is offline at this time. We are sorry for any inconvenience this may cause you. The Technology Services Department will investigate this report shortly and will update this incident post once we have more information. As the Comcast Business internet connection provides the only internet connectivity to the property, disruption of services is expected.
